I'm not sure if this sweet little shoes are leather or synthetic but the inside is brushed cotton and the soles definitely look like leather (see photo). They have little Mother of pearl buttons. They say size 2.5, the sole is 12cm long. They come in their original boxes, which are a bit bashed.
